Dan Cieleski, PT, DPT, CKTP

Dr. Dan Cieleski, PT, DPT, CKTP has been practicing physical therapy since 1997. He graduated from Daemen College in 1997 with his bachelor degree in Physical Therapy. He received his doctorate in physical therapy from Utica College in 2014. He spent 11 years working in various locations including orthopedic and sports facilities in Pennsylvania and New York City prior to opening Dynamic Core Physical Therapy in 2008. He has continued his education with multiple courses in mechanical diagnosis and treatment (including all levels of The McKenzie Method), spinal mobilization / manipulation, core stabilization, sports medicine, joint dysfunction, and Kinesiotaping. Dan is a Certified Kinesiotaping Practicioner. He utilizes manual therapy techniques to address joint and soft tissue restrictions, exercise to restore ROM and strength, and education to the patient to maintain progress and reduce the risk of re-injury. Dan has worked with many professional athletes and performance artists as well as NCAA Division I athletes. Dan is certified in Concussion Management by The Education Advisory Committee of Concussion Health. He has attended Seminars and Symposiums which include presenters who are leaders in concussion research, management, and prevention. He has also completed the “Heads Up for Clinicians: Addressing Concussions in Sports among Kids and Teens” through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dan implements and oversees the concussion baseline testing and concussion management program.

Mit Rali, PTA, B.S.PT, CKTP

Mit Rali, PTA, B.S.PT, CKTP has been in active physical therapy practice since 2010. He works in the Rockville Centre and Long Beach offices. He received his physical therapy degree in 2009 from Shree Devi College Mangalore India, affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University Bangalore, India. He also earned Diploma in Acupuncture in 2007 and is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree Program in Health Care Administration at Utica College, NY. Mit has continuously updated his knowledge and Physical Therapy skills by attending various continuing educational and hands on courses. He is a life time member of the Federation of Indian Manual Therapist (FIMT) Institute. Mit has specialized in management of neck and back disorders by attending McKenzie Part A & B courses, Mulligan techniques for the Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Neck, Mid Back, and Lower Back. He has also attended courses related to neuromuscular and extremity disorders. Mit is a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner. He has assisted other therapists in the rehabilitation of professional athletes. He is also a valued member of APTA since 2016.
